Lori Regattieri is one of the guest professors of the second edition of the course Internet and Inequality, by Ação Educativa. 

The course seeks to offer an introduction to the debates surrounding inequalities in access, use and development of the internet. Through the curation of data, reflections and concepts about the internet as a catalyst for rights, it discusses infrastructure and devices, going through issues of race, gender and territory.

Modules:

  • Module 1  – The Internet is not Virtual
  • Module 2 The Internet is a Right
  • Module 3Intersectional Inequalities
  • Module 4 Defending the Internet (and Ourselves)

Classes take place asynchronously and synchronously. The content is divided into four modules:
